Documents uploaded through RentMate are stored only to support tenant and property management features. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and manage those documents.

If you enable notifications, RentMate may send local or push notifications related to rent reminders and app activity. You can disable notifications from your device settings at any time.

You can update profile information inside the app. You can also stop using the app at any time.

Contact import is optional and user-initiated. If you do not want to use it, you can deny the contacts permission and continue entering tenant details manually.

We retain your account, tenant, property, payment, expense, and uploaded document data for as long as it is needed to provide the app's features, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

If you import a device contact, the selected name and phone number are retained only as part of the tenant record you choose to save. RentMate does not keep a separate copy of your full contacts list.

If you delete records inside the app, those records are removed from active use. If you want to request account-level deletion or privacy support, contact us using the email below.
