Use this page to request deletion of your RentMate account and associated account data.
How to request deletion
Send your deletion request using the email link below. Please send it from the email address used in your RentMate account so we can verify ownership faster.

What will be deleted
- Your RentMate account profile data
- Associated property, tenant, payment, expense, and uploaded document data linked to that account, unless retention is required by law or for fraud, security, or dispute handling
What to include in your request
- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number
- Your PG or property name, if available
This helps us identify the correct account and avoid accidental deletion of the wrong data.
Processing time
We aim to review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time after identity verification.
If you have active legal, billing, fraud, or compliance obligations, some data may need to be retained for those limited purposes.
